DOMESTIC ORDERS

For domestic deliveries within Australia, we use the standard shipping method will take approximately  3-7 working days from the dispatch date, for deliveries within Australia we will use Australia Post or Sendle. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and will be charged in Australia Dollars. If your order has not reached you in the allotted time, please contact the shipping company so that the problem can be resolved quickly.
 
Please note that shipping times may alter due to the COVID-19 outbreak and may inconvinience the shipping company or supplier. During busy periods of the year, there may be a delay in recieving your order. We apologise for any inconvinience that these reasons may have caused you. PICKUP ORDERS

Unfortunately we do not offer any pickup orders, however we offer FREE standard shipping with any order you place with Varsity Rings.
 
 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to most countries in the world and use FedEx for all international orders, however shipping price may vary with international orders.
 
Please note that we do not ship to international PO boxes. For international customers, all prices are expressed in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Also note that the prices listed for goods or services on the site are not inclusive of any customs duties, foriegn taxes or other fees that must be paid in order for you to recieve your order in another country. Please check and be familiar with your local countries’ customs office for more information.
 
Please note that in a period of sale, you may experience a delay in international shipping due to the COVID-19 outbreak as well as any unforeseen circumstances. RETURNS POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not offer or accept refunds unless the product or service is structurally faulty. We will inspect every product to ensure that there are no structural damage before we ship to you. If your product is lost during shipping or arrives to your damaged, a claim can be made to reimburse you through the coverage plan of the shipping company up to $150 $AUD.

We do not offer refunds if the wrong size has been selected for a product. PLEASE ensure that you have selected the correct size for you using the size chart and information provided in the Ring Sizing and Materials Guide.
